Mylar is kind of like hard to rip aluminum foil, (actually a plastic) is one of the best reflective surfaces, reflecting about 98% of all light. It
comes in several different roll lengths and two different thickness’, 1 mil and 2 mil. (a mil is 1/1000th of an inch). We strongly recommend the 2 mil for the better workability and strength.
